Boil Notice for Jefferson Parish

Attention East Bank Jefferson Parish Residents: Due to a water main break near the treatment plant, residents are asked to conserve water. A boil advisory is in effect from 5 p.m. for the entire East Bank, including Kenner and Harahan. Restoration will be phased; normal water pressure doesn’t indicate safety until the advisory is lifted. Repairs are delayed by weather, expected to take 2-3 days. Please limit non-essential water use like dishwashing and laundry. Eastbound Jefferson Highway near North Arnoult Road and Shrewsbury Road is closed; seek alternate routes.
